Dr. Williams is a board-certified radiologist and fellowship trained in Interventional Radiology. He graduated from Colorado State University with a major in physical sciences and received his medical degree from the University of Colorado School of Medicine in 1983. Dr. Williams completed his residency and fellowship training in 1990 with expertise in vascular and interventional radiology and currently has special interest in breast imaging and intervention. He is an active member of the American College of Radiology, Society of Interventional Radiology, and Radiological Society of North America. Dr. Williams has been practicing interventional radiology for 18 years and has authored several scientific papers and textbook chapters. Before joining Quantum Radiology, P.C. in 1995, Dr. Williams was an Assistant Clinical Professor of Radiology at the University of California, Davis School of Medicine where he served as the director for the Interventional Radiology fellowship training program. His personal interests include Bible study, skiing, fly-fishing, and travel.
