On December 11, 2014, Quantum employees donated several boxes of non-perishable food and toys for all ages to help benefit Cobb families in need.
“We look forward each year to helping bring joy to the children and their families during the holiday season”, said Dr. Alan Zuckerman, President of Quantum Radiology. “Every contribution – no matter how big or small – makes a difference.”
Cobb Christmas is a non-profit, non-denominational organization, dedicated to helping low-income and working-poor families of Cobb County during the holiday season. The organization is run 100% by volunteers, allowing them to invest the majority of funds raised each year directly into the community.
With the help of hundreds of volunteers, Cobb Christmas provides a box of food to each client family, allowing them the opportunity to prepare a holiday meal in their own home for their family. Gifts are provided to the children ages infant through eighteen. Each child also receives a stocking stuffed with age appropriate items and a minimum of three toys.
